Who do you actually coach?
Entrepreneurs, founders, and young professionals who are serious about raising their standard — not looking for a hype man. Trades, sales, startups, side-hustlers grinding toward something real. If you're willing to do the work and be coached hard, we'll get along.
How does coaching work?
Three ways: a single 90-minute "Reset" to break a logjam, ongoing 1:1 coaching with twice-monthly calls plus direct access between them, or group/team programs for whole crews. 1:1 is by application because I keep the roster small. Start on the Connect page and tell me where you're at.
What does coaching cost?
It depends on the format and how deep we go — that's why I talk to everyone first instead of slapping a price on a button. Reach out and I'll be straight with you about cost and whether it's even the right move for you right now.
Will you speak at my event?
If it's the right fit, absolutely. I do keynotes and talks for conferences, sales teams, trades, corporate offsites and young-entrepreneur events — in person or virtual. Send your event, audience and date through Connect and I'll come back with availability and a format that fits.

Are you actually a real operator, or just another coach?
Real operator. I run AC Custom (a general contracting company), founded Criterion Business Solutions, built and shipped the CrewAlign app, and wrote the book — while raising a family and showing up at 4:15 AM. I only coach what I actually live.
